Instant Pot Mac and Cheese : Instant pot mac and cheese with evaporated milk

 Creamy, cheesy mac and cheese that cooks in just a few minutes.

Ingredients:
1 pound elbow macaroni
4 cups water
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 can evaporate milk (12 oz.)
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
 Add the macaroni, water, butter, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the Instant Pot.
 Close the Instant Pot lid and set the pressure release valve to the sealing position. Set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 4 minutes.
 Once the cooking time is complete, quick release the pressure and removes the Instant Pot lid.
 Stir in the evaporated milk and shredded cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted and the mac and cheese is creamy.

 Serve hot and enjoy!

 You can also add toppings like bacon bits, chopped scallions, or breadcrumbs to your mac and cheese, if desired.
